Booking instructions

If you would book one of properties, our booking procedure is as follows:

Check that the property is available for your dates on its availability page. Click on 'Make an enquiry' to go to our enquiry form. Complete and submit this form. We will confirm the total rental price and that the property is still available (usually within 8 hours).

Once you have our confirmation that the property is available, go again to the property details page and click on 'Book this property' to go to our booking form. Once we receive your booking form, the property will be put on option for your rental period and will not be available for booking by other clients.

We will send you an e-mail confirming your booking as soon as possible, and we will include in this e-mail details of how to make your payment by UK bank transfer. Please check your e-mail frequently after you have submitted the booking form.

Your chosen property will be kept on option for a period of 72 hours from the moment we send you the booking confirmation and payment instructions. During this time, you must ensure to send us your payment. Failure to do so will mean your chosen property will become available to others for booking.
