Casa Flamenco is an exceptionally spacious villa, suitable for two families holidaying together. It offers its guests every modern convienience and comfort. Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the Portet beach and its famous bar/restaurants.There are many other bars & restaurants within walking distance, although the villa itself is away from main roads.

The villa is on two levels. It is air conditioned & centrally heated throughout. The ground floor has a large lounge with two sofas and two armchairs, SKY TV, DVD and CD player. The french doors from the dining area open onto the spacious naya, which leads to the pool & terrace. To the right of the pool is a BBQ with chimney and work surface.The kitchen is huge, and it adjoins a large utility room with washing machine and dryer etc. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, with queen size bed and en suite shower room. This bedroom has french doors opening onto the pool terrace.There is another twin bedded room on this level suitable for children(captains style) also with an en suite shower room. There is also a communal rest room on the ground floor.

Moving upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with superking size bed and en suite with corner bath. There is also a twin bedded room, a family bathroom and another child's twin with captain style beds.There is an additional single room, which is located next to the family bathroom.
Although the house is quite new, its gardens have been planted out with attractive mature trees.Fresh fruit can be picked at certain months of the year. The pool, terrace area and fruit trees can be lit up at night, providing a wonderful setting for evening dining and a midnight swim.
