Casa Oceano is so called as it is just a 4 minute walk to the sea front and to Moraira's stylish Marina. Situated on the famous & exclusive Pla de Mar estate, you really can't find a villa much closer to the town than this. Rarely, this villa's gardens are extensive with lovely green lawns. Some areas of the gardens & naya have sea views, a reminder that the bright blue Mediterranean is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Two of the villas bedrooms and one large shower room are contained within a separate apartment, making it perfect for guests wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining some privacy and independence. The main town and beach are just a few minutes walk away(4 mins to the town, 8 to the beach)so a car is not a necessity. The villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful road, which belies it's position, being so close to such a fabulous choice of bars and restaurants. This is particularly valuable during the summer when parking in the town can be almost impossible. |
At first arrival at this villa you immediately notice the large areas of green lawn. This is a welcome change to usual stoney or paved gardens and gives the villa an immediate 'Chill factor'. The 8 x 4 metre pool, with roman steps , sits at one side of the lawned garden, alongside the entrance to the kitchen and covered dining area. There is plenty of room for uncovered dining on the pool terrace as well as within the naya.

On entry to the living level , there is a kitchen, 3 double sized bedrooms and a lounge. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and opens onto a lovely large balcony with some sea views and pretty garden views. The lounge and very spacious naya are also on this level.
Below you have a separate entrance into the apartment, which has a further 2 bedrooms both with doors opening onto the lawned area of the garden. It also has a large shower room and some space for tea/coffee making.
There is ample car parking for at least two cars inside the property.
We think Casa Oceano is the perfect venue for a chilled out holiday, close to the beaches and town of Moraira.

We basically had a fantastic time @ casa Oceana - it was well appointed, beautifully furnished with a superb naya & swimming pool.
(One thing I would add. the photos don't do it justice. It gives no propective of the pool right alongside the naya)

Loved casa Oceano, position was ideal for walking into moraira center, which we found friendly, nice restaurants, children welcome and catered for. Our favourite place to visit was El Portet, the beach is perfect for children and the tapas and paella ideal for the grown ups.
Casa Oceano, we all agreed, was ideal for a family holiday,the large naya was great for both daytime and nightime meals and relaxation. Villa very clean and both Jill and staff were only to pleased to help if required. Booking process very easy, We loved Moraira and would definately like to return to Casa Oceano in the future.
