Casa de las Rosas is a beautiful, private, one level villa in an exclusive area of Moraira. One bedroom is contained within a separate guest suite,(see photo left) making it perfect for guests wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining privacy and independence. The main town and beach are just a few minutes walk away(3mins to the town, 6 to the beach)so a car is not a necessity. The villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful road, which belies it's position, being so close to such a fabulous choice of bars and restaurants. This is particularly valuable during the summer when parking in the town can be almost impossible.

The villa layout is exceptional, everything is positioned perfectly for a very relaxing holiday. Surrounded by beautiful mature gardens on all sides, the villa sits in the middle and is very secluded. In its grounds, and very close to the main house is a separate guest suite. The guest suite consists of a twin, air conditioned bedroom,a naya with kitchenette, BBQ with chimney & dining area, plus a large shower room. Described by past guests as " a stroke of genius" the guest suite is a lovable feature of the property.
The main house has two double bedrooms.The air conditioned master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and en suite bathroom. The other has a standard size double bed and is situated next to a modern shower room. The new kitchen is really practical and very well equipped with diswasher, fridge-freezer , microwave, & coffee maker.

The lounge is also air-conditioned and leads onto a beautiful ivy clad open naya(covered dining area) This naya has lovely views of the lawn, gardens and swimming pool. It also has its own bar/serving area complete with 2 fridges,a wine cooler & sink. The pool is a good size with roman steps and can be heated during spring and winter at extra cost.
There is a shady car port behind an electrically operated up & over door. The villa is very secure and not visible from the road.
