We are pleased to add announce availability for summer 2009 at Casa Samanthaler in the Portet area of Moraira.
Casa Samantha is a modern & luxurious villa, built & furnished to exceptionally high standards. The design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy this one level villa has very few steps. With air conditioning in the master bedroom and lounge , it offers very comfortable & relaxing accommodation for a family holiday.

Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous El Portet beach (8 minutes walk) and it's famous bar/restaurants. In the other direction, you can walk into Moraira town within 12-15 minutes. The kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto a lovely naya and extensive pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower . Within the naya is a BBQ and preparation area complete with sink. The exceptionally well equipped kitchen leads onto the naya, making the serving and preparing of meals a very easy task. Parents can really keep an eye on the children here as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge. The lounge itself is has LCD TV plus a DVD/CD player. There are a good choice of English channels including BBC1, ITV, and Sky sports and films. The furnishings are of a very high standard to enhance the quality of the villa.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom, with his & hers sinks. It has sliding patio doors opening onto the side of the pool terrace. There are landscaped gardens including a magnificent Jasmine bush just outside these patio doors. At certain times of the year, it produces and beautiful display of flowers and a wonderful smell. The other bedrooms are both twin bedded and there is a family shower room in between.
The colourful gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs. It is extremely pretty. There is private parking in the car port with electric remote controlled gate. Just a few steps (5 or 6) down from the entrance is the front garden and entrance. Everything from here is on one level, making it perfect for those people not looking to improve their leg muscles whilst on holiday. (there are very many villas in Moraira with very many steps
