Villa Mellinidos is a brand new, modern, spacious & luxurious villa, built & furnished to exceptionally high standards. being all on one level, the design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy, it is completely air conditioned and wonderfully comfortable. Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous Portet beach and it's famous bar/restaurants. It has lovely open views towards the Portet hills & peninsula.

It has 3 good sized bedrooms including a master/ double bedroom, with en suite shower room and patio doors out to the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedded rooms with a shower room between. A cot is provided and there is sufficient space to add it to any of the bedrooms.
The kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto the villas naya and pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower. The master bedroom can be accessed via patio doors from the pool terrace

Parents can really keep an eye on the children here, as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge. The lounge has wonderful views out to the Portet hills. It also has a desk area for those wanting to keep in touch with the outside world via the adsl facility offered. It also has LCD TV plus DVD/CD player. There is a good choice of English channels including BBC1& ITV.
The furnishings and linens are all new and of a very high standard.The colorful gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs. There are a just few steps up to the villa entrance, then everything is on the one level. There is plenty of space to park cars within the villas walls , behind the electric gates. The pool area is quite secluded by Moraira standards and offers clients a good deal of privacy.

The pool can be heated in the spring & autumn at extra cost. A great facility when pools are just that bit too cold to swim comfortably in April, May , September and October.
