You enter the lounge /diner from the naya.This lovely naya with Tosca stone looks out towards the private road & other pretty villas. It is surprisingly quiet for its location so close to the beach. Its just the perfect distance away from the beach & restaurants. From the naya you enter the modern lounge and inside dining area. The kitchen is accessible from both the naya & lounge.

From the lounge you have the hallway to all the bedrooms & the door leading to the pool terrace and BBQ House. . There are 3 double bedrooms on the living level, with two further bedrooms(a twin and a double) downstairs.
There is a full bathroom and another kitchen on this floor. The downstairs twin room is very large and could easily accomodate another put you up bed if required. Please ask at The pool can be heated during the colder months(extra charge) to allow the swimming season to last from March to December!
Just a short walk from this beautiful villa is the excellent Le Dauphin restaurant. With its truly stunning views across the Portet bay, and wonderful cuisine ( a michelin kitchen star) it really is a visit to cherish.
