Moraira Luxury Villas offers the following facilities as standard:

	Air-conditioning
	Everyone loves Sunny Spain, but the heat in summer can become oppressive. We feel that you should be able to keep your cool whilst on holiday. Most of our rental villas will have at least an air-conditioned bedroom to escape to (please check individual villa for availability).

	Private Pools
	A private pool is a must in the height of summer for any villa holiday. However, for the other 9 months of the year, they are just too cold for comfort. Some of our luxury villas have pool heating giving you another 5 months of the year to enjoy a swim. The season with a heated pool is from April till November (optional at extra cost, at some villas only).

	Facilities
	Dishwashers are standard in our villas. You don't wash the dishes at home, so why should you on holiday. Also all our villas have a washing machine and dryer. We know how many clothes a young child can get through in one week, let alone two.

	TV DVD Hi-fi
	We accept that most people go on holiday to get away from TV, and Moraira is a lovely town with much to offer. However we have listened to the parents of young children. Many of them worry about over exposure to the sun. It's a real problem. They feel they need this attraction to get them inside for a few hours. Our larger villas offer English TV package and all have DVD players and Hi-fi's.

	Large beds
	If you spread out at home in a Queen or King size bed, why should you come on holiday and be squashed? All our luxury rental villas have at least one large, quality double bed.

	Central heating
	Unless your villa holiday in Moraira is between May and September, central heating is a must! The temperature can drop very low in the evenings and villas become very cold making heating an absolute necessity. Butane Gas heaters are often the only heating in some villas. If you have central heating at home, then we believe you'll want the option to have it here (between October & April).

	Good location and layout
	Moraira itself, is a fantastic location. However, some villas are located on a windy mountain top, on 3 levels, with up to 50 steps just up to the door. Great if you are superfit, but not very relaxing if you are up & down all days on different levels, or if you can't keep an eye on the kids in the pool. A villa with a good layout adds to the chill out factor. Our villas won't wear you out.

	Independent or all together
	Moraira Luxury Villas aims to give you a choice. Privacy is very important to some people. A few of our villas offer separate accommodation for some of the family, or friends. If you are grandparents for example, you may appreciate a little 'child-free' time and privacy on your holiday. In most cases the renting of separate accommodation is optional.
